My Transformational Living and Meditation Program will help you to create meaning and balance in your life. In 10 weeks you will:

  • Greatly reduce your stress
  • Help you de-clutter your mind so you can think more clearly

  • Give you tools that you can use in real-life situations to help you stay centered
  • Help you feel more connected so you can make better and more empowered decisions
  • Help you to create a life that you LOVE.

This program includes ten 90-minute consultations, two personalized guided meditations, and access to your personal project management system to help keep our sessions and your thoughts organized.

Week 1: Create a Life You Love. This is where we uncover your personal map. Starting with your story of how you got to where you are, together we’ll uncover your perfect vison of your life, then plot the course. After this session you’ll already start feeling relaxed, focused, and clear-headed.

Week 2: Planting the Seeds. Have you ever hear of the principle, “You have to believe it before you can live it”? It’s a very woo-woo principle. Have you ever tried it? It’s almost impossible to do on your own. How can you believe in something you’ve never actually experienced or think is possible? Well you can! I’ve discovered a method that will help shift your beliefs so can begin to create your life the way you want it. I can’t wait to share it with you!

Week 3: Connect with your future self. Now that we’ve planted the seeds of your perfect life, it’s time to start creating it! This session includes an empowering visualization of your future self. No matter where you are, you can get to where you want to go! In this session you’ll prove it to yourself.

Week 4: What’s in the way? Fear of failure and fear of success are two sides of the same coin, and more than likely they’re the reason why you’ve been feeling stuck. In this session you’ll learn how to address and move through your fears using a body/mind meditation and mindfulness techniques. You’ll also create a personal mantra.

Week 5: Mind Mastery: You’ll continue on your path, deepening your understanding of what unconscious mental patterns caused you to be in your current situation. Then, you’ll be given tools that will help you obliterate those old patterns and master your mind by empowering you with new patterns more productive patterns.

Week 6: Obstacles and Blessings. You can’t stop the sun from shining or the world from turning. People, jobs, and opportunities will come and they will go…AND you can still be relaxed and happy. In week 6, you’ll be given a new tool that will help you navigate through the changes, learn, release, grow, and be happy.

Week 7: My First Meditation Teacher. This is where we create a personal meditation practice, and I’ll show you how to create sacred space. Please note that you’ll be learning meditation step-by-step throughout the program. During this week you’ll given something more formal, based on how you learn and one that is seamlessly incorporated into your lifestyle. No running off to the mountaintop here…unless you want to.

Week 8: Find Your Confidence—Gain Your Freedom. Change old patterns and beliefs and create the conditions for a balanced life. Includes recorded visualization.

Week 9: You’ve Arrived—Remember the roadmap you created in week one? Well you’ve made it! There’s been shifts, changes, and ah-ha moments along the way, and if you’re not at your destination, you are on your way. In this session we create a personalized plan of action that will help you stay the course and be comfortable living in the life you love!

Week 10: Once is never enough—Here we’ll record a second personalized meditation for you and do a sealing ceremony.
